7"Hx12"wx10"D Wheel thrown porcelain vessel with hand carved lotus motifs. Hand modeled herons conversing . Airbrushed matte glazes fired to maturity in an oxidation kiln. I love to make the heron and love its free spirited lifestyle and elegant demeanor. Its not so easy to match them up as in this piece, but it is a challenge I cannot refuse! This piece can serve as a meditational point for relaxing and letting the cares of the world fall away. We need to do this more often! Signed and dated.
